To request a sender ID mask using SMSlenz, follow these steps:

  1. Register for an account by clicking here.
  2. Log in to your dashboard.
  3. Navigate to the "Sender ID Mask" section.
  4. Enter your desired sender ID and upload the required documents.
  5. Click "Request" to submit your sender ID mask request for approval.

Sender ID approvals typically take 1 business day. In some cases, it may take up to 3 business days, depending on the mobile operator’s review process
